What the account gets you
The discount is the thank you. This is the reason to keep it.
Same heating oil, same trucks, same people answering the phone. The portal just takes the phone call out of it on the days you'd rather not make one.
Order any time, day or night
Place an order at 11 PM on a Sunday. Pick your gallons and your delivery date without waiting for business hours or a callback.
No additional fees for paying by card
Cash or credit, you pay the same price. Your current per-gallon rate is right there before you order — no hidden fees, no processing charge, no surprises at checkout.
Know when the truck is coming
Check your order status once it's placed instead of guessing which morning we'll show up. Deliveries start at 7 AM, so most customers are filled before they leave for work.
Your deliveries in one place
Past deliveries and receipts stay in your account, so you can pull up what you paid last February without digging through a drawer.
Three steps
Getting in takes about two minutes.
Select "Forgot Password"
You already have an account — you just need a password for it. On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter the email address we have on file for you.
Set a new password from your email
We'll send you a reset link. Open it, choose a password you'll remember, and you're set. Check your spam folder if it doesn't turn up in a few minutes.
Log in and place your order
Sign in with your new password and choose your gallons and a delivery date. Enter coupon code SWITCHED at checkout and $25 comes off your order.
Didn't get the reset email? Call 631-924-4030 and we'll get you into your account over the phone. Someone's there 24 hours.
Same account, on your phone
Download the Suffolk Oil app.
Your portal login works in the app too. Order, check your delivery, and pull up a receipt from wherever you happen to be standing.
Good to know
A few questions we get asked.
- I've ordered from you for years. Do I still get the discount?
- Yes. The offer is for any customer who gets set up on the portal, whether this is your first delivery or your two-hundredth.
- Do I have to order right away?
- No. Set your password now and use code SWITCHED whenever you place your next order. It's good for one use.
- Does anything change about my delivery?
- Nothing. Same #2 heating oil, same drivers, same trucks. You're just placing the order in a different place.
- Is there a fee for paying with a credit card?
- No. There are no additional fees for paying by card — cash or credit, the price is the same.
- I'd rather just call.
- That's fine — call 631-924-4030 and we'll walk you through it on the phone, or take your order directly. The discount still applies.
- Prefiero hacerlo en español.
- Puede ordenar en español aquí, o llámenos al 631-924-4030.
