You don’t need to be home as long as your oil fill pipe is accessible and you’ve arranged payment in advance. Our drivers are experienced with Deer Park properties and can usually locate fill pipes without assistance.
If you’re paying by credit card, we’ll process payment when you order and leave your delivery receipt in your mailbox or another secure location. For cash payments, you can leave payment where our driver can safely collect it.
Make sure your driveway is clear and the path to your fill pipe is accessible. If you have any special instructions about accessing your property, just let us know when you place your order.
You’ll only pay for the actual gallons delivered to your tank. If your tank reaches capacity before we deliver the full amount you ordered, we automatically adjust your bill to reflect the actual delivery amount.
Most heating oil tanks have a usable capacity that’s slightly less than the tank’s total size. This prevents overfilling and potential spills when the oil expands due to temperature changes.
Any refund for undelivered gallons is processed within 3-5 business days automatically—you don’t need to call us. However, your per-gallon price may adjust slightly since volume discounts are based on actual gallons delivered.
